We're building a studio!

We are building a studio for Sounds of the Nations SA, East London!
I am very excited to announce that I am building a studio! We decided to convert the left hand side of our double garage into a study for me (well, we really needed to move all my junk out of our spare room in preparation for our next baby). The garage also has a small maid's quarters behind it (although the room is embarrassingly small; I don't know how anyone could expect someone to live in such a small room) which is not being used. I decided it would be a great extra bit of space in the studio - perhaps put a drumkit or a vocal booth in there. Here are the plans:
